Celebrating our 35th year our Stock & Land Beef Week is proudly run by not-for-profit Stud Beef Victoria.
This year we are so excited to have had a change in borders to accommodate existing studs to have a fair representation of breeds and stud numbers across each day. With some regions now smaller to ensure you as attendees can fit more studs into your visit.

We welcomed a return of our Heifer Challenge in 2025. With 22 exhibitors across 6 breeds and 3 states. Our judge Mr. Duncan Newcomen had a tough job of placing our finalist. Congratulations to all exhibitors. We look forward to our 2026 event.
2026 bigger & better
We invite you to join us for our 35th Beef Week held January 29 - February 4, 2026. This year we are starting in NSW and finishing the event in Western Victoria / South Australia. With the change of borders bringing stronger and fair representation of all breeds and numbers of studs each day.
Our Story
Founded in 1996 by committee and industry led Stud Beef Victoria. The aim of the event was to showcase all breeds prior to bull sales in a combined way of opening your gates to all on the same day within your region and it has only gotten bigger and better since. With the change of industry accross 35 years. Beef Week remains strong and a key event on studs, producrs and buyers each year.
Our Mission
Beef Week is a Stud Beef Victoria event and we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural services that help our clients succeed. We offer the event at an affordable entry fee to ensure that all breeds and stud sizes are welcome and fairly showcased. This is a lowcost platform for studs to welcome clients new and existing to show off their herd and progeny in the comfort of their own property and personalised hospitality.
